Douglas Davis

Doug serves as President and CEO for Fletcher Davis – one of the oldest and most well respected development companies in the Southeast. Fletcher Davis is at the forefront of integrating environmental and conservation-based planning/development techniques into its residential and business communities.

Doug has nearly 30 years of experience in the real-estate industry and is passionate about “designing and developing alongside of nature”. His unique skill set includes a comprehensive understanding of site acquisition, community planning, design-build, complex entitlement strategies, conservation easements and construction—all borne of his previous work experiences in civil site-work construction, planning/engineering/construction administrative consulting, building construction, development/asset management, real-estate sales and his general passion for conservation. He is often invited to sit on panels, advisory committees and guest speaking engagements; however, he was exceptionally honored, more recently, to be invited to testify before the Congress of the United States Subcommittee on Interior, Energy and Environment.

As a North Florida native, Doug enjoys hunting, fishing, water sports, making music, cooking, and raising chickens (when the raccoons don’t eat them). He and his wife, Angela, along with their four children reside in St. Augustine.

Ronald Lamm, Jr.

Ron joined Fletcher Davis in 2007 to oversee Waterways, a large, upscale private community located in Northeastern Georgia. Ron currently serves as Director and President of the homeowner’s association, as well as a member of the Architectural Review Board for the community. In 2017, Ron was promoted from Senior Vice President to Chief Operating Officer of Fletcher Davis.

Ron’s diverse career background includes custom yacht manufacturing, geotechnical engineering, civil engineering design and permitting, construction cost estimating, and construction and project management. Ron has an Associate’s degree in Architectural Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1999. While in college, he worked as an engineering intern for Law Engineering.

After graduation, Lamm was hired as a Civil Engineer at Prosser Hallock in Jacksonville, Florida. In 2003, he joined The Wood Development Company of Jacksonville where he managed the engineering, permitting, and construction for several large residential communities in Duval and St. Johns counties.

When away from the office, Ron enjoys restoring old cars, playing golf, and traveling. He and his wife, Deborah, live with their three children in Jacksonville, Florida.

Project Manager

Walt Schwartz

Walt Schwartz’s professional career spans 32 years in both the private and military sectors.

Schwartz’s joined Fletcher Davis Co. in February 2017, as the Project Manager for Waterways Township, a large residential master plan community on the pristine Georgia coast. He is responsible for the daily construction activities as the relate to infrastructure and community amenities.

Schwartz served 12 years in the United States Army and is a decorated veteran. He was privileged to serve as a Special Forces A-Detachment Executive Officer, Infantry Company Commander and Battalion Operations Officer. He concluded his career at the rank of Captain.

After his military career Walt joined Toll Brothers, Inc. in 2002 as a construction manager and rose through the ranks attaining the position of Division President, South Carolina. He was responsible for all construction activities for two large resort style master plan communities, as well as, all real estate acquisition and community association activities for the Division.

During his time away from work, Walt enjoys time with his wife (Chance) and son at the beach, outdoor activities and movies. He can also be found on his motorcycle, in the gym or competing in Scottish Highland Games.

Controller

Andrea Wilsie

Andrea was born and raised in Germany. She graduated from the University of North Florida with a B.B.A. in Finance. Andrea joined Fletcher Davis in 2014. She has 20+ years of experience in all aspects of real-estate, including property and project management, acquisition, sales and property accounting. She is responsible for all accounting operations for Fletcher Davis and its portfolio of projects.

Senior Project Administrator

Vanessa Cunningham

A native of Solihull, England, Vanessa emigrated to the United States in 1992. She has worked in real-estate development since 2002, joining Fletcher Davis in 2012 as a Senior Project Administrator. Vanessa focuses on the review of new residential and commercial construction projects as well as coordination of all local, state and federal permit requirements in our portfolio of projects. She is also heavily involved in asset management as well as new opportunities research.

Executive Assistant

Karen Heykens

After graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Journalism and Communications, Karen obtained eight years of account management experience working on the Mercedes Benz account at McCaffrey and McCall Partners.

For the last ten years, Karen has been an integrated part of the team here at Fletcher Davis. She provides coordination, research, and support for all our companies and projects. Karen also assists each of the executive team with planning, asset management and strategic planning.
