World Golf Village (WGV) is a 6,300 Master Planned Community, located between historic St. Augustine and Jacksonville, Florida. With over 2,775 acres of preserved conservation lands that will remain in perpetuity, WGV will be home to over 7,200 families. Amongst many other businesses, WGV is home to the World Golf Hall of Fame and two prestigious golf courses; the King and Bear (the only collaboration between Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus) and The Slammer & Squire.

In May 2012, Fletcher Davis added the World Golf Village to its portfolio of projects. We are proud to continue implementing the vision as the Owner and Master Developer.
