St. Marks Pond is a 1,600-acre tract, which has mostly been placed into conservation. It is in the St. Johns County heavy growth corridor, located between Palencia, World Golf Village, and CR 210. Through our conservation efforts and partnering with the SJRWMD (via their Six-Mile Swamp project), we are providing significant protection to the local watershed and diverse wildlife habitat.
