Old Brick Township
Old Brick Township is a 5,200 acre mixed-use, conservation based community in Palm Coast, Florida with more than half of its area dedicated to preservation and restoration. Designed through consultation and partnership with the University of Florida, the University of Central Florida and the Fish and Wildlife Commission, the community will emphasize and enhance the old Florida landscapes and habitat. Old Brick Township will create 3,000 jobs and homes for 5,000 residents within the one million square foot town center and employment complex.
