Marsh Landing Country Club
Marsh Landing is a 1700-acre development of over 1,000 homes located along wooded preserves, marsh, and a championship golf course designed by Ed Seay of the Arnold Palmer design company. The course, with its spectacular views across the Intracoastal marshes, has been rated as one of the best in Florida by Golf Magazine.
Fletcher Davis developed a 240-acre site to serve as the mixed-use town center component of Marsh Landing, with approximately 2,000 rental and condominium units, two hotels, and extensive commercial and office development.
